More than one-third of all diocesan Catholic school students within the Diocese of Sioux City receive tuition grants through Msgr. Lafferty Tuition Foundation.
Tuition Funds such as the MLTF ensure that students who want to recieve a Catholic education are helped towards that goal. For more information about the afordability of a Catholic school education, contact your local Catholic school principal, development director or school business manager. "Very many times, families are surprised when they do qualify for assistance. If a family is not sure that they can afford a Catholic education or if they are having economic difficulties, I would strongly encourage them to apply," said Dan Ryan in a CSW Globe Interview. The deadline to apply for assistance next year (for returning families) is April 1, 2010.
